I just published Waking Up In Hospital Get to this story before Visiting Hours are closed. Don't bring flowers. I can't smell them and I can't see much. Yet I am reciting in my mind and in silence the Dhammapada to brush up my Pali. And when I am finished with it, I just try to visualize in my mind the meditating sandstone disk that is turning in my inner vision, self hypnotizing myself with it, till I can finally see the sky through the window.
