This fabulous book from a time when crisis was a daily reality with Nixon resigning, the US armed forces on a running escape lane from Saigon, and that was not going to get better for quite a while. Today is not better, nor different. Within just over two months, either the USA will fall into the most serious self-destroying crisis, or the USA will be able to step back up onto the international stage and accept to share the world's leadership with the rest of the world's peoples and leaders. It is at least not guaranteed and all the tricks of some kind of poker-bluffing will be the rule, at least on one side. The other side'd better have good fire-extinguisher and good fire-fighters with them. The poker cheaters are ready to do anything to impose their own end to the whole world.
