dedicate the following works to this period of a sorry and absurd situation. So
many around us do not understand the world has changed overnight in three
months and will never be the same. We better start getting some solace in our
minds from books, films, music, anything that will go beyond this blind alley
of a no entry and no exit way in which we are trapped on the four sides, in the
center, and nadir-wise as much as zenith-wise. We are in this Mayan universe

Puy de Dôme in Averoigne
Puy de Dôme et Compagnie
A
nice book in French about the Chaîne des Puys in Auvergne, Averoigne in
Lovecraft and Clark Ashton Smith. But it misses a lot and only sees the
landscape of a region that is as old as the world and that has a culture so
rich that even the least miserly miser would run to grab his share and steal it
and put it away in some safety deposit box in a Swiss bank.
It is amazing how at times in this Auvergne or Averoigne culture is seen as a perverse disease that requires social distancing and quarantine. If they knew!!! But they do know and they just refrain from getting involved in such masochistic activities you call culture, especially if it has to do with religion and their political opposition. But what side exactly are they standing on? Their heart is balancing and swinging, even swaying, between the left, the right, and the somewhere in-between you may think of.

Beloved, based on a true story, vastly documented, is a novel that demonstrates how the Slavery Trauma, a long historic trauma, was sown and cultivated into the minds, flesh, and beings of all slaves with violence and alienation. But she also says on the side that the whites were not better off, that many suffered a similar trauma and their descendants live in a PTSlaverySS that is at least as bad, as worse, as worst as the PTSlaverySS of the descendants of the slaves.
It will take more than one Black president, female president and Native American president to finally brings the USA in line with standard human rights and reparation for the damage caused by their actions in America and in the world.
