Always between two trains, or two countries, or two towns, catch me if you can. You may find me in English, except if I am in Pali or some other more or less exotic language, or book. Have you tried the Dhammapada recently? If not, just give it a try, in Pali of course. You may also have a try at looking for me on the Internet, simply Coulardeau with Google, but on the global web, not on the French pages of it. Have a good trip.
Serban
V.C. Enache is more or less underground in Romania, but who is not right now in
confined Europe waiting for a miracle that should be coming soon but no one
knows where from nor where to either. The USA wants to believe it is over now
the summer is arriving. Asia can speak of a real success story, waiting for
India that might change the perspective, and Japan that might be grimmer than
expected. Europe is just enjoying what good weather they have right now waiting
for the storms that should arrive in two hours and were already here yesterday.
Stormy future rumbling over the world because a crowned virus has decided to
show them, bloody humans, what it means to be a virus, and a happy one at that.

Andrea Bocelli: Music For Hope - Live From Duomo di Milano
Isolation does not mean seclusion today

Fernando
Pessoa and all his heteronyms, these folding screens behind which the real
human being known as Fernando Pessoa was hiding from view, was a great puppet
master who was even able to puppeteer his own personal puppet that was, of
course, nothing comparable to the isolated and probably slightly autistic and
psychotic man he was. But we will never know, and do we want to know the real
suffering of the man? The writings of these heteronyms, these personae the
author assumed to protect himself are all that is important and all we should
be looking at and considering. These books are haunted by the fear to be
discovered and revealed, if not exposed in all his shortcomings, failings, but
also beliefs he did not dare reveal to the world and the people close to him,
though we seem to know there were not many people around him.
It
is strange how an Asperger recluse has become nearly one century later a
haunting ghost in the closet of secret literature, the literature of the secret
you do not want to reveal to the world about yourself. And it is all built on
one real author playing personae with his audience and these readers will never
know who the author is because of this distancing game. Pessoa's fiery secret
personality was constant torture to him, to the point of him trying to
extinguish it in alcohol and social distancing, in one or two words, alcoholic
exclusion.
These
three seasons of this series, a miniseries actually, are worth watching because
they do not take the standard approach of all police series or crime series,
the heroic and super active investigating geniuses, the superheroes detectives
are supposed to be in this society of ours where most crimes go unpunished or
unsolved when it is not using an easy fake solution to pacify public opinion.
What about never knowing the truth, or finally learning about it when most
actors are gone, dead or whatever, and the only still present witnesses are
actually side-characters who had no responsibility in what happened. It is
quite obvious the worst crimes in this perspective concerns children who
disappear by the tens of thousands in the USA and most of them are not killed
in a way or another, even after slow torture over a few days or a couple of
weeks, but they are invested in some profitable business like sex slavery or
some other criminal activities as long as they are young and small enough to be
useful. Then they are obliterated. Dickens not dead.

The
strangest of all authors who is using his writing as a stage for an exploded personality
of his into at least eight different characters, including himself.
Oxymoron and contradiction are the central words in the schizophrenic
neuropsychosis of his self-diagnosis. We can wonder if he is Asperger, autistic
or simply paranoid, but he sure is a great playwright to make his eight puppet
personalities strut on the stage like live realities in an operatic anarchistic
musical.
